SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days for orders in Nigeria
- In-store collection available within 3 to 5 business days for standard orders
- Next-day and Express delivery options also available
- International orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days and delivery time is dependent on logistics partners. A tracking no shall be provided once orders are dispatched.

PAYMENT METHODS
T5S accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. All payment options available on Paystack, our payment gateway provider. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
- Bank Deposits: For customers in Nigeria, payments can be made via bank transfers either through the payment gateway or directly to our bank accounts.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
